Retention and use of your personal data

The information collected on the pracartis-swiss.ch website form is recorded in a file used by PRACARTIS Swiss SA to communicate information relating to the PRACARTIS Swiss brand and services.

They are kept for 10 years and are intended for the marketing and sales departments established within the European Union.

This file can only be accessed by PRACARTIS Swiss management, marketing and sales staff.

Consent and processing of your personal data

By sending your message via the pracartis-swiss.ch website, you explicitly authorise the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of informing you about our services. You authorise :

A PRACARTIS Swiss advisor to contact you for any commercial relationship

The Marketing department to send you personalised information about our services by post and/or digitally.

The webmastering department to store information about your browsing habits and downloads on the pracartis-swiss.ch site in order to draw up reports and statistics on the profiles of people and companies browsing our Internet portal. This behavioural data is stored within the European Union.

Withdrawal of consent for your personal data

3.1. Right to access to your personal data  

You have the right to access, modify and/or delete your personal data at any time by contacting our webmastering department :

By post: PRACARTIS Swiss SA - Chemin du Champ-des-Filles 36C - 1228 Plan-Lezs-Ouates - SWITZERLAND accompanied by a copy of your identity card. Ideally, by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt.

On our premises: with proof of identity. The CNIL specifies: ‘You may be accompanied by a person of your choice. The consultation must last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data’.

The data controller has a maximum response time of 2 months from the date of the request, whether made by post or in person. The CNIL specifies: ‘If the request is incomplete (e.g. the identity document is missing), the file manager is entitled to ask for additional information: the deadline is then suspended and will run again once this information has been provided’.

3.2. Changing your subscriptions  

You can also freely modify your subscriptions to our communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each of our communications sent by e-mail.

To unsubscribe from all PRACARTIS Swiss communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our e-mails. You can then choose to :

  • change your preferences for receiving our communications
  • unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until you submit your consent again on the website
